Getting Thoughts Back to Peace and Serenity

The Past Few Months have been fast paced and non-stop
I have lost myself in the process
Taking a few steps back to enjoy the simple things again
To renew the calm tenderhearted me
I am going to the library to read
Then if time allows to the park to write my thoughts out

Tonight I am going to brush the dust off
My favorite book
And sit and read it.

Today is looking bright

Its been awhile,, heres something i wrote out of sleeplessness

Sitting alone in my car
no one to talk to
because your to far
away from me,

wishing to see
that smile
your teeth have gone pale yellow
Its adorable when you think
people are annoyed

If you ever sink
to that place u were before
id miss you to much

I'm going to write a score
of beautiful melodies
to make you feel happy

Deep within ur eyes
ill stare until you know
i dont see that beast you say is there
simplicity of this complicated young passion
has left me lost for words

theres so much to learn from
so much will grow

for what is worth
